Q1 2024 Snapshot: Ultracasual Games Surge in France on Android

In the first quarter of 2024, the ultracasual gaming category saw varied performances among the top titles on the Android platform in France. Sensor Tower provides insights into these trends, highlighting the ebb and flow of user engagement and downloads.

Project Match: ASMR Salon by Casual Joy Games witnessed a promising start in Q1 with revenue peaking at $3.5K in February, followed by a decline to $1.8K by the end of March. Downloads topped at 10K in mid-January but gradually decreased to 2.6K by the quarter's close. Weekly active users (WAUs) showed an overall upward trend, starting at 22K and reaching a high of nearly 35K before stabilizing around 35K.

Kwalee Ltd's Draw it had a modest revenue performance, maintaining around $20-$30 weekly, with downloads beginning at 11K and descending to 2.5K. The game's WAUs followed a downward trajectory from 25K at the start of January to just over 7K by the end of March.
